Five ways to split
- Mixed: part equal, part by hours
- Part of the total is split equally and the rest according to hours worked.
- By hours
- Everyone gets a share proportional to their hours.
- Equal shares
- Everyone gets the same, regardless of hours.
- By points per role
- Each role has points (e.g. Floor 1, Kitchen 0.8) that weigh in the split.
- By percentage per role
- Each role gets a fixed percentage of the total, which is then split within the group.
